At MiVU.NZ, our base pricing for non-sedated ultrasound scans mirrors that of our sedated services, acknowledging the expertise and equipment involved. This option is ideal for practices that prefer to manage patient sedation and laboratory submissions in-house. Below, you'll find details on our base fees and additional services.

Your preparation makes the difference

To help complete a smooth 30‑minute ultrasound without sedation, a little preparation from your team makes a big difference. We know you prefer to manage sedation in‑house, so when needed, please plan to sedate the patient shortly after our arrival (rather than beforehand, in case of inadvertent delays).

If possible, having the patient clipped and a quiet, dim room ready helps us get started quickly and keeps the scan calm and efficient.

These small steps allow us to spend more time focused on imaging and provide the clearest results for your patient. We really appreciate your support in making each scan run smoothly.
